DatabaseFirstAid is a website for marketers in professional service firms - worldwide. It's a specialist website - for people who are involved with CRM systems, CRM data, eMarketing, mailshots and online business networking. 

It's run on a voluntary basis, as a hobby, and has no ties with any suppliers and products.  This means that the advice you get (for small or large organisations) isn't skewed in any way.  This also means my poor kids have a Daddy whose listed hobby is 'CRM databases'.
